Full-Time Operating Room RN Manager
Western Carolina Surgery Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced OR RN to join the team as an OR Manager.

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated OR Manager to join our team. The OR Manager will play a key role in overseeing and managing the daily operations of our operating rooms, ensuring efficient workflow, high standards of patient care, and a positive working environment for our surgical team.
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the operating rooms, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, policies, and procedures related to surgical services.
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes and experiences.
Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
Supervise and mentor OR staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
Participate in budgeting, inventory management, and equipment maintenance activities.
Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous learning within the OR team.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Current RN License
Current BLS and ACLS certification required; CNOR preferred
Three years of recent experience required intra-operative setting.
Demonstrates clinical competency, leadership, and teaching capabilities. Physically and emotionally capable of performing responsibilities of position.
