Pay: $39–$48 per hour based on experience
A full-time OR RN opportunity is available with a leading hospital system in Naples. This position offers 10-hour day shifts, competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and the opportunity to work with an experienced surgical team.
I will help you understand the case mix, call expectations, team, and complete offer before you make a decision. We also work with multiple hospital groups across Florida and can help you compare other opportunities if another position would be a better fit.
What you’ll do
Coordinate nursing care throughout the surgical process
Work closely with surgeons, anesthesia and surgical technologists
Anticipate the needs of the surgeon and operating room team
Maintain accurate documentation and safe patient handoffs
Participate in the department’s call rotation
What you’ll need
Active Florida RN license or eligibility to obtain one
At least one year of recent OR nursing experience
BLS certification
ALS or ACLS certification
Ability to participate in call
