Job description
Jefferson Health Northeast is seeking a dedicated registered nurse for evening shifts in the inpatient setting. You will partner with patients and families to develop individualized care plans and deliver high-quality nursing care.
Responsibilities include applying evidence-based practice, documenting care, and collaborating with an inter-professional team to ensure safe discharge and follow-up. BSN preferred; RN licensure required.
