Job description
Tenet-AZ Region in Avondale, AZ is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the OR—Operating Room. This full-time role supports perioperative care across pre-op, intraoperative, and post-op stages, working with the interdisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes.
Minimum requirements: 2 years OR experience in acute care; BSN or graduate of an accredited nursing program; current AZ RN license; BLS and ACLS certifications. CNOR and PALS are preferred.
