Job description
Miami Children’s Hospital in Ft Lauderdale seeks a Nurse Manager for Surgical Services. You will lead the Operating Room and day-to-day operations, drive service standards, and oversee staffing and budgeting to meet fiscal goals.
Ideal candidates will hold a BSN, Florida RN licensure or eNLC, and BLS/CPR; with several years in OR and acute care leadership. You’ll develop staff, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe patient care.
