Job description
Mary Washington Healthcare in Fredericksburg seeks a Surgical Scrub Tech to join the Operating Room team. Under RN supervision, you will assist in scrub duties, prepare sterile fields, pass instruments, and support the surgical team throughout the operative experience.
You must maintain aseptic technique, participate in Time Outs, and help ensure patient safety and efficient room turnover. The role requires high school diploma, CPR certification, and Virginia licensure or Surgical Technologist
