Job Overview:
In collaboration with the perioperative registered nurse, the surgical technician will function as a member of the team to organize and administer individualized age-specific care to patients.
Qualifications:
Required:
* Must be a certified Surgical Technologist .
Certifications and Licenses Required (if applicable):
* Current BLS required (American Heart Association)
* Successful completion of all Orientation and Departmental Programs with documentation
Scheduling Requirements (non-exempt positions):
* Full-Time
* Day
* 37.5 Hour Work Week
Essential Functions:
* Maintain an environment that facilitates safe patient outcomes.
* Ensure patient's physiologic responses to surgery are as expected in the surgical suite and across the perioperative.
* In collaboration with the perioperative registered nurse, the surgical technician will function as a member of the team to organize and administer individualized age-specific care to patients.
