Job description

Performance Architects, Inc. ( is a fast-growing, leading business and technology consulting company that partners with our clients to initiate and sustain significant improvements in enterprise performance.

We are hiring Consultants/for our Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) practice with expertise in Oracle ARCS. As a member of our Oracle EPM practice, you will be exposed to all phases of the project lifecycle and will have the opportunity to help shape the future of Performance Architects. This role requires hands‑on expertise and participation in both business and technical analysis and solution development.

Qualifications

Two to five years of previous work experience in the business or IT field required

Prior experience with financial reporting, budgeting, consolidation, and accounting practices preferred

Experience in full consulting or IT project lifecycle (requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and training)

Development experience with Oracle EPM (ARCS, FCCS, EPM Cloud) solutions required

Proper U.S. work authorization

Skills

Functional knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, close and consolidation, and/or account reconciliation

Working knowledge in MS Office required (MS Excel “power user” a plus)

Provide support in each workstream where directed: documentation, development, testing, training, etc.

Produce high quality work Support research, analysis and problem solving using a variety of tools and techniques

Strong understanding of best practices with respect to project delivery (unit testing, documentation, etc)

Demonstrate agility in response to changing situations

Provide guidance to junior resources

Requirements

B.S. or B.A. degree in business, MIS, or equivalent required

Integrity and honesty Proactive self-starter with a strong work ethic

**Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) During the Interview Process**

However, during our interview and assessment process, we are evaluating each candidate's individual knowledge, experience, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills.

The use of such tools during any stage of the interview process will result in immediate disqualification from consideration for employment.

$80,000 - $130,000 a year
