Job description
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Solution Architect for a long‑term engagement. The ideal candidate should have a strong functional and solution architecture background with multiple successful Oracle Cloud implementations.
Mandatory Requirements:
Minimum 5 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementation projects as a Solution Architect or Lead Consultant.
Strong hands‑on experience with: Oracle Cloud Core Human Resources (Core HR)
Oracle Cloud Talent Acquisition
Oracle Cloud Payroll
Oracle Cloud Time and Labor
Deep cross‑functional expertise across Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
Ability to lead solution design workshops, define end‑to‑end architecture, and provide best practice recommendations.
Strong client‑facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience collaborating with business users, technical teams, and implementation partners.
Engagement Details:
Duration: Through July 2027 , with potential extensions based on performance.
Location: Atlanta, GA. 50% onsite. 50% remote. Expenses will be paid for onsite travel if the candidate is not local to Atlanta.
Start Date: Immediate / ASAP.
