Oracle Customer Care and Billing - CCB Test Lead
San Francisco, CA
Base Pay Range
$60,000/yr - $65,000/yr
Job Summary
Lead end‑to‑end testing activities for Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CCB) projects.
Ensure high-quality deliverables and compliance with industry standards.
Manage and execute test cycles, including test planning and execution.
Oversee defect management and resolution processes.
Coordinate with stakeholders and project teams throughout the testing lifecycle.
Utilize strong domain expertise in Utility Operations.
Possess experience with C2 (Customer to Cash) processes.
Exposure to test automation tools, preferably Tosca, is desired.
Must have prior hands‑on experience with CCB application testing.
