Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Oracle EBS R12 Process Manufacturing Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM), Inventory, BOM, Cost Management, Quality, and Purchasing modules.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and design manufacturing solutions.
Configure and support OPM modules, including Formulation, Recipe Management, Batch Processing, Production Planning, and Costing.
Manage inventory, lot control, shelf-life, quality specifications, and batch execution.
Integrate OPM with Oracle Inventory, BOM, Costing, Purchasing, WMS, and other supply chain modules.
Support master data migration, CRP, SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and post-production support.
Develop and validate manufacturing reports, production KPIs, yield analysis, and cost variance reports.
Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 Process Manufacturing (OPM) .
Expertise in Oracle Inventory (INV), Bills of Material (BOM), Cost Management (CST), Quality (QA), and Purchasing (PO).
Experience in manufacturing business processes, batch management, formulations, recipes, and costing.
Knowledge of data migration, testing, implementation, and production support. xhqgsiq
