Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and design Oracle WMS solutions.
Configure and support Oracle WMS, Inventory, Order Management, Shipping, Purchasing, and WIP/BOM.
Support inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse operations.
Lead implementation, enhancement, upgrade, rollout, and production support activities.
Develop and support PL/SQL, interfaces, reports, Java Pages, and routines.
Support MSCA, RF devices, barcode solutions, and label printing integrations.
Troubleshoot integrations between Oracle WMS and external systems.
Support data migration, conversion, SIT, UAT, and user training.
Perform root cause analysis and resolve production and pre-production issues.
Integrate Oracle WMS with 3PL systems, Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), warehouse automation, RF scanners, and material handling equipment.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, warehouse users, technical teams, and integration teams.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of Oracle SCM experience.
5+ years of hands-on Oracle EBS WMS implementation and support experience.
Strong experience with Oracle EBS R12.x.
Strong techno-functional knowledge of warehouse management processes.
Experience with Oracle WMS, INV, OM, WSH, PO, WIP/BOM.
Strong PL/SQL and Oracle integration experience.
Experience with MSCA, RF/barcode technologies, and label printing.
Experience with production support, enhancements, upgrades, and rollouts.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
WMS-related certification.
Experience with OTM, 3PL integrations, warehouse automation, and material handling systems.
