Required Skills
Oracle Enterprise Manager
EPBCS with Manufacturing Implementation and Experience
Expertise in Groovy Scripting and Custom Solutions within EPBCS Factory Solutions
Strategic Modelling Exposure to Manufacturing
Minimum of 3-4 implementations with EPM Cloud modules
Exposure to Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting
Job Responsibilities
Conduct workshops with business and IT teams
Identify gaps in the current solution compared to business needs on Oracle Cloud EPM
Provide recommendations and develop a corrective action plan (re‑implementation, customizations, or business process improvement)
Participate as primary, co‑author or contributing author on project deliverables associated with assigned responsibilities
Participate in data conversion and data maintenance
Provide best‑practice and industry‑specific solutions
Advise on and provide alternative (out‑of‑the‑box) solutions
Provide thought leadership and hands‑on technical configuration/development as needed
Perform other duties as assigned

Mentor and knowledge transfer to client project team members
Participate as a team member of the functional team
