Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Oracle Essbase Developer to join their team. As a Oracle Essbase Developer, you will be part of the Data Management Department supporting Business Intelligence and Data Analytics teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Essbase applications and cubes to support business reporting needs. Build and support Essbase calculation scripts, business rules, and data load processes. Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Essbase solutions. Troubleshoot performance issues, data discrepancies, and system bottlenecks. Collaborate with data engineering teams to integrate Essbase with enterprise data platforms. What's Needed?
5 to 7 years of overall IT experience with at least 1 to 2 years of hands-on Oracle Essbase experience. Strong understanding of Essbase Cubes, Calculation Scripts, Data Load Rules, and Smart View. Good SQL skills and experience in data analysis and troubleshooting. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Willingness to meet onboarding requirements, including a mandatory meet and greet at the closest Capgemini, Client, or onsite location. What's in it for me?
