Advantra seeks an Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation Consultant to lead and optimize the IC module within HCM. You will configure, test, and deploy compensation plans while delivering demos to business stakeholders and translating technical capabilities into business terms.
With 14+ years of experience, you will estimate effort for new plans and drive ongoing improvements to existing IC configurations, collaborating with clients across engagements.
