Job description
Title: Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation ConsultantLocation: Merrifield, VA
Experience : 14+ Years
Technical-functional lead for the Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation module (within HCM)
Configure, test, and deploy compensation plans
Provide product demos and translate technical capabilities for business stakeholders
Estimate effort for new plans (config, testing, deployment)
Drive enhancement and optimization of existing IC setups
Required Skill Profile:
Deep, hands-on Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation module experience (not general HCM)
Strong integration and configuration background
Client-facing/demo experience with technical-to-business translation
Project estimation and stakeholder management skills
