Job description
Key Requirements:
10+ years of Oracle Fusion Payroll Cloud experience
Strong hands-on Payroll Configuration – elements, deductions, eligibility, balances, payment methods and payroll structures
Deep understanding of payroll processing, gross-to-net, YTD balances, retroactive processing, QuickPay, pre-payments, costing and GL
Strong Fast Formula development and troubleshooting
Hands-on HDL/HSDL experience, including reversing/retracting committed HDL loads and correcting/reloading xhqgsiq payroll data
Experience customizing seeded payroll flow patterns and troubleshooting payroll flows
HCM Extracts , OTBI and BI Publisher
