Job description
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is seeking an experienced operations professional to design and validate a new support model for ERP, EPM, and HCM migrations to Oracle Fusion Cloud. You will replace ad-hoc processes with deliberate, scalable procedures while ensuring continuity between Oracle and PeopleSoft environments.
You will define escalation paths, ownership, and integration with ServiceNow, ensuring minimal disruption during post-go-live phases and across time zones.
