Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle GRC Onsite Support Consultant to lead functional and technical support for Oracle Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions and Oracle Fusion Security. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, internal audit, compliance, IT security, and offshore support teams to ensure effective governance, risk management, Segregation of Duties (SoD) monitoring, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement of Oracle GRC processes.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Risk Management Cloud, Oracle Fusion Security, access governance, SOX compliance, and audit support, along with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day Oracle GRC support operations, ensuring service quality, timely issue resolution, and adherence to defined SLAs.
Provide functional and technical support for Oracle Risk Management Cloud and Oracle Fusion Security.
Manage and oversee Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflict analysis, risk assessment, remediation, and mitigation activities.
Administer and support Advanced Access Controls (AAC), Transaction Controls Governor (TCG), Preventive Controls Advisor (PCA), and related Oracle GRC capabilities.
Manage user access reviews, access certification campaigns, and enterprise access governance processes.
Support SOX compliance activities, internal and external audits, control testing, and audit evidence preparation.
Prepare compliance reports, risk and control assessments, audit documentation, and security and compliance KPI reports.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and recommend corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Assess the impact of quarterly Oracle updates and patches on existing security configurations, controls, and GRC processes.
Monitor compliance with security policies, governance standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with offshore support teams to manage daily operations, escalations, issue resolution, and SLA performance.
Conduct service reviews, governance meetings, and stakeholder presentations to communicate support performance, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Identify opportunities to improve security controls, automate compliance monitoring, and streamline GRC support processes.
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to address access governance issues and ensure appropriate risk mitigation.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Risk Management Cloud and Oracle GRC solutions.
Solid knowledge of Oracle Fusion Security, including user roles, access provisioning, and security configurations.
Proven experience with Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis, conflict remediation, and risk mitigation.
Experience with access certification, user access reviews, and enterprise access governance.
Strong understanding of SOX compliance, internal controls, audit support, and compliance reporting.
Experience managing Oracle GRC support operations, incident resolution, and service-level commitments.
Ability to perform root cause analysis, prepare risk assessments, and recommend corrective actions.
Experience coordinating with offshore teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Professional certifications such as CISA, CRISC, or CISSP.
Knowledge of Oracle ERP Financials and related business processes.
Familiarity with ITIL-based service management practices.
Experience with security automation and continuous controls monitoring.
Strong project coordination, stakeholder management, and governance reporting skills.
