Responsibilities
Leading strategic direction and business development efforts within Oracle technology consulting
Overseeing installation, configuration, administration, and support of Oracle products and solutions
Driving business growth by identifying market gaps and converting opportunities into success
Shaping client engagements and maintaining executive-level client relations to maximize satisfaction
Mentoring the next generation of leaders and fostering a collaborative environment
Promoting technological advances and creating environments where people and technology thrive
Developing new ideas, solutions, and structures to drive thought leadership
Solving complex problems by exploring multiple angles and using creativity
Balancing long-term, short-term, detail-oriented, and big picture thinking
Making strategic choices and driving change by addressing system-level enablers
Qualifications
At least 7 to 11 years of experience Oracle Technical
Oral and written proficiency in English required
At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in technical, integration, database, or related Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) domains
Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF)
Utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher for data-driven insights
Embracing strategic technology planning for business transformation
Leading process improvement and optimization initiatives
Excelling in coaching and mentoring team members
