Job description
A Founding Role in St. Louis Oral Surgery
Have you reached a point in your career where you're ready to lead, and not just practice? Many surgeons find that after a few years in, the desire for ownership begins to outweigh the comfort of a familiar path.
If you're ready to build a practice that reflects your own standards and vision-we'd love to talk.
We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to lead a brand-new oral surgery center opening in St. Louis, Missouri. This is a chance to become a founding surgeon without the capital risk or operational burden of going it alone.
You'll set the clinical tone, build the referral network, and shape the culture from day one, with a seasoned platform behind you to handle everything that pulls most surgeons away from patient care.
What This Opportunity Offers
Immediate equity partnership with $0 buy-in
$500,000+ guaranteed base salary with collections-based upside
Substantial transition incentive
Relocation assistance and continuing education stipend
Full operational, marketing, and administrative support
Advanced digital workflows and implant-focused technology
Experienced clinical and surgical support team
Mentorship from accomplished surgeon partners
The autonomy to shape your practice your way
Who This Opportunity Is Designed For
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery
Eligible for licensure in Missouri
Ideally 1-5 years into practice and ready for greater ownership
Entrepreneurial mindset with leadership ambition
Strong communicator who enjoys referral-building
Committed to clinical excellence and building something lasting
