Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive Compensation: $350,000 annually (W-2 structure) guaranteed with over $1 million in documented earnings

Collections-Based Bonus: 35% of collections beyond $1.5M production (paid on 1099 for tax flexibility)

Generous Performance Bonus: Substantial earnings potential through collections-based incentives once threshold is met

Sign-On Bonus: $25,000

Qualifications:

Degree: DDS/DMD with OMFS residency completion

Certifications: Board Eligible or Board Certified in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
