Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon

Overview
An established, high-volume practice in Green Bay is seeking a full-time Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to join a physician-led, multi-specialty group. This role offers immediate production, a strong referral base, and a clear path to long-term partnership and ownership.

Key Responsibilities Perform full scope of oral and maxillofacial procedures including extractions, implants, bone grafting, corrective jaw surgery, and IV sedation
Diagnose and manage facial trauma, pathology, TMJ, and sleep apnea cases
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary physician team
Maintain high standards of patient care and clinical outcomes
Required Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible by ABOMS
Active Wisconsin license or ability to obtain
Strong surgical judgment and clinical decision-making
Team-oriented and patient-focused approach
Compensation $400K base guarantee
35% of collections with strong production upside ($600K-$1M+)
$50K sign-on bonus
