We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon with 1-5 years of experience to lead a brand-new oral surgery practice in Houston, Texas. You'll have the rare opportunity to establish your own office, cultivate referral relationships, and influence the direction of a growing practice from the very beginning.
And unlike starting independently, you won't be doing it alone. With support from an experienced platform and accomplished surgeon partners, you'll have the mentorship, infrastructure, and operational resources needed to build with confidence.
