Located in Sumter, South Carolina , the practice is seeking an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon who wants to step into a busy surgical environment without having to spend years building a referral base from scratch.
You'll have the clinical autonomy to practice full-scope OMS, an experienced team supporting you, and a compensation structure designed to reward your production and long-term commitment.

Practice Environment This is a well-established, referral-driven OMS practice built around quality patient care, strong relationships with referring doctors, and an efficient clinical environment.
The incoming surgeon will have the opportunity to perform a diverse mix of procedures, including:
Dental implants
Bone grafting
Surgical and complex extractions
Third molar surgery
Orthognathic surgery
Oral pathology
Full-scope Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery

$500,000 guaranteed compensation or 35% of collections
