Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon • Private Practice • North Carolina
A high-producing, privately owned oral surgery practice in North Carolina is looking for a full-time OMS to step into an established, thriving operation. The patient base is built. The referral network is strong. The schedule is already full.
A SURGICAL SUITE BUILT FOR SERIOUS WORK
7 surgical suites and 3 private recovery bays, so cases move without bottlenecks.
4 consultation rooms for a smooth, unhurried patient experience.
Cutting-edge technology: Yomi robotic-guided implant surgery, iCat 3D imaging, AI-driven speech dictation, and in-house 3D printing.
A dedicated sterilization team that knows exactly what they're doing so you can focus on surgery, not logistics.
FULL-SCOPE SURGERY, SERIOUS IMPLANT VOLUME
Full-scope oral surgery with a heavy implant focus and the case volume to match.
Built-in specialist support: a periodontist and part-time prosthodontist already on staff for seamless case collaboration.
COMPENSATION THAT REWARDS PRODUCTION
Guaranteed base or a percentage of net collections
$1,000,000 production floor backing the offer.
Fully negotiable based on your experience and track record.
