Oral Surgeon - Central Arkansas/ 3 locations available
Full-Time or Part-Time High Earning Potential Partnership Track
A thriving multi-specialty dental group in Central Arkansas is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Oral Surgeon to join its established surgical team.
Practice Highlights:
Locations: Greater Little Rock (Full-Time) & Southern Arkansas (Full-Time or Part-Time)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7 AM-4 PM
Daily Volume: 25-30 patients
Mix: FFS, Insurance, Medicaid
Facilities: 3 operatories + 2 exam rooms per site
Technology: Modern surgical suites, anesthesia machines, CBCT
Fully staffed with CRNAs, assistants, and admin support
Compensation & Benefits:
Daily guarantee or % collections
No hardware fees (implants, grafts, membranes)
Matching lab %
Annual collections: $1M-$2.3M
Signing/relocation bonus available
Malpractice insurance provided
Reimbursement for CE, licenses, memberships
Full-time: Comprehensive benefits + partnership option after 1 year
Part-time: 401(k) + malpractice options
Qualifications:
DDS/DMD from an accredited U.S. program
Completed Oral Surgery residency
Licensed (or eligible) in Arkansas
DEA license (or ability to obtain)
Experience with 3rd molars and implant placement
