Practice Location: El Dorado, Arkansas — conveniently located near the borders of Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas, making it easily accessible from multiple states.

What are the qualifications?
Completion of U.S. accredited Oral Surgery residency program
DDS or DMD degree from U.S. accredited dental school or residency program
Active Arkansas state dental license or ability to obtain
Active Federal DEA or ability to obtain
Candidates licensing and/or relocating are welcome to apply
