We are representing a highly regarded, surgeon-led oral surgery practice located in Greensboro, North Carolina, that is actively seeking a motivated and skilled Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to join their growing team. This opportunity is ideal for an oral surgeon seeking a strong referral base, clinical freedom, and the ability to perform a full range of advanced surgical procedures in a modern, high-demand practice.
Compensation & Benefits Overview:
Tiered Collections-Based Compensation Model:
Generous earning potential directly tied to collections, with no ceiling on income.
Annual Guarantee for Year One: $33,333/month minimum while credentialing and patient volume ramp up or higher, based on collections.
Student Loan Transition Support:
$2,000/month for the first 12 months to help offset student loan payments during the onboarding period.
Continuing Education & Professional Growth:
$2,500 annual CE allowance for courses, travel, and clinical development.
