Oral Surgeon – Hawthorne, New Jersey | Full-Time
An established, high-performing Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery practice in Hawthorne, NJ is seeking a full-time Oral Surgeon . This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected, doctor-led practice with a strong referral network, consistent surgical volume, and significant earning potential .
The practice maintains its local identity and clinical autonomy while benefiting from the resources of a national specialty-focused dental partnership organization , providing additional operational, recruiting, technology, benefits, and growth support.

43% of collections for services personally provided
Established referral base and strong surgical volume
Broad surgical mix, including implants, extractions, dentoalveolar surgery, pathology, and full-scope OMS
$2,000/month debt assistance for the first year ($24,000 total)

Qualifications
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Completion of an accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency
Eligible for New Jersey dental licensure
