About the Position
Join a thriving, high-performing Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery practice serving the Main Line region of Pennsylvania, with clinical locations in Swarthmore and Bryn Mawr. This well-established, doctor-led group has built a strong reputation for delivering exceptional patient care in a modern, technology-driven environment supported by a robust referral network.
The incoming surgeon will rotate between both locations, benefiting from consistent case volume and exposure to a broad scope of procedures, including dentoalveolar surgery, implants, and full-scope oral and maxillofacial surgery.
This opportunity is backed by a nationally recognized, surgeon-led support organization that partners with elite specialty practices across the country. The group provides infrastructure, operational support, and growth resources while preserving clinical autonomy and physician leadership at the practice level.
We welcome applicants from across the United States and Canada (U.S. licensure or eligibility required) who are open to relocating to Pennsylvania.

Qualifications
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Completion of an accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency
Eligible for dental licensure in Pennsylvania

Earn 43% of collections , supported by strong reimbursement rates and established patient flow
