If you thrive in a fast-paced surgical environment, love being part of a high-performing clinical team, and take pride in delivering calm, compassionate care — this is an exciting opportunity to help establish our newest ASA location.What You'll Do (Role & Responsibilities)As a Surgical Assistant, you'll play a critical role in delivering safe, efficient, and patient-centered surgical care. You will:Assist Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons during in-office surgical proceduresPrepare and maintain sterile surgical suites and instrumentsAnticipate provider needs and support efficient surgical flowTake and process diagnostic radiographs and clinical photosMonitor patients during pre-op and post-op phasesAccurately document patient care and proceduresProvide calm, compassionate chairside support and patient educationFollow OSHA, infection control, and HIPAA standardsSupport the clinical team with additional duties as neededEducation, Certification & ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent (required)MA Dental Assistant License (required)Radiology Certification (required)Current BLS/CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 1 month of hire)Oral Surgery or Dental experience (beneficial)Skills & AbilitiesStrong clinical skills and attention to detailComfort working in a fast-paced surgical settingExcellent teamwork and communication skillsProfessional, calm demeanor with patientsCommitment to safety, precision, and exceptional patient careWhat We Offer (Condensed)Competitive pay, performance bonuses, and annual merit reviewsMedical, Dental, and Vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid Time Off, Sick Time, Paid Holidays & Paid Parental LeaveLife and Disability InsuranceFIGS Scrubs providedSupportive leadership and growth-focused clinical environmentWe are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
