Order Entry SpecialistWe are seeking a detail-oriented Order Entry Specialist to support a busy operations team in Denton, TX. This role is responsible for accurately entering customer orders, maintaining data integrity, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and fulfillment.The ideal candidate is highly organized, enjoys working with data, and has excellent communication skills.Key ResponsibilitiesEnter customer orders accurately into company systemsReview orders for completeness and accuracyVerify pricing, product information, and shipping detailsCommunicate with customers regarding order status and updatesCoordinate with sales, operations, and warehouse teams to resolve discrepanciesMaintain accurate customer records and documentationProcess order changes, cancellations, and corrections as neededMonitor order queues and prioritize urgent requestsSupport inventory and order tracking activitiesPerform general administrative duties as assigned
