Komelon USA Corporation is responsible for providing sales, distribution services, and support to retail, industrial and ecommerce channels within the United States and Canada. Komelon USA Corporation warehouses high inventory levels to ensure fast and accurate shipments while providing superior customer service.
Role Description
An order entry specialist accurately inputs customer purchases, verifies order details, and coordinates with shipping teams. This role ensures timely data entry, fixes pricing errors, and supports smooth customer service. This person will also be responsible for fielding phone calls and providing administrative support to the sales and operations departments.
We are offering full-time positions with standard hours Monday through Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm.
Key Responsibilities
Data Input: Enter high volumes of customer orders and changes into the company's ERP (SAGE 100).
Order Review: Check pricing, quantities, items, and delivery rules.
Problem Solving: Fix issues with pricing, billing and shipping detail, backorders, or wrong items.
Teamwork: Communicate with sales, warehouse, and finance staff to speed up shipping.
Record Keeping: Update client files and filing of fulfilled purchase orders.
Qualifications
Good communication, strong organization, and focus on details, ability to answer phone calls in a professional manner to offer customer service or direct call to correct department.
Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and issue resolution
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook) and database systems
Familiarity with enterprise software like SAGE, SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce is a plus.
Ability to work effectively in an on-site setting within a team environment
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
Compensation
Hourly rate starting from $21.00 per hour
