Job description
Mom’s Meals is seeking a Fulfillment Specialist to help ensure our refrigerated, ready-to-heat meals reach clients safely and on time. In this on-site role in Ankeny, you’ll pick, pack, and stage meal orders, verify accuracy, and follow strict food safety and cold-chain standards. Working in a fast-paced, refrigerated environment, you’ll use basic warehouse equipment and scanners to track inventory and shipments. You’ll join a mission-driven team that serves seniors and individuals with chronic conditions, with opportunities to grow in food production, logistics, and customer-focused operations.
