Job description
Axon is seeking an Order Management Analyst to ensure accurate, efficient order-to-cash processes in a hybrid, West Coast-focused role. You’ll manage end-to-end order processing, review contracts for revenue integrity, and resolve complex issues across Sales, Finance, Fulfillment, Product, and Customer Success.
The role emphasizes process automation, training, and contributing to revenue forecasting. Hybrid work with onsite Tue-Fri and remote Mon, located in Axon hubs across major cities.
