Order Management SpecialistOur client, a global leader in critical environmental solutions, is seeking an Order Management Specialist to support customers in industries such as semiconductors, life sciences, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and advanced manufacturing. Location: Chandler, AZ Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-4:00 PM Salary: $50,000-$60,000ResponsibilitiesManage customer orders, purchase orders, and order status updates.Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.Build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional service.Coordinate with internal teams and warehouse staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.Monitor inventory, lead times, and reporting activities.Resolve order issues and escalate concerns as needed.Maintain accurate customer and order data in ERP/inventory systems.Prepare and distribute customer and operational reports.Qualifications2+ years of experience in customer service, order management, inside sales support, or a related role.Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.Experience working with ERP, WMS, or inventory management systems is a must.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).SAP experience highly preferred.Experience supporting industrial, automotive, mechanical, technical, or spare-parts products is a plus.Detail-oriented, adaptable, and customer focused.What's OfferedCareer growth opportunities within a global organization.Collaborative team environment.Exposure to multinational customers and complex supply chain operations.Opportunity to support cutting-edge industries and technologies.Apply today if you're a customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing orders, solving problems, and building strong client relationships.
