Order Management SpecialistThe Order Management Specialist oversees the order lifecycle, ensuring customer orders are entered, processed, tracked, and fulfilled accurately and on time.Responsibilities:Enter and process customer orders in internal systemsReview orders for accuracy, pricing, and product availabilityCoordinate with sales, warehouse, and logistics teamsResolve order discrepancies, delays, and fulfillment issuesProvide order status updates to customers and internal stakeholdersMaintain records and prepare order-related reports
