Responsibilities:
Utilize remote technology to access our inventory management system and receive real-time order notifications.
Retrieve and pick items from the warehouse using automated or robotic systems under your remote control.
Collaborate with on-site staff and provide clear instructions for packing and labeling orders.
Conduct quality control checks remotely, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of each order.
Communicate effectively with on-site personnel through audio or video conferencing tools to address any issues or provide guidance.
Adhere to safety guidelines and best practices to maintain a secure work environment.
Meet productivity targets and maintain a high level of accuracy in order fulfillment.
Assist in inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and stock replenishment.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in order picking, fulfillment, or warehouse operations preferred.
Technologically savvy with the ability to navigate digital interfaces and remote control systems.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with on-site staff and provide clear instructions.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer skills.
Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy items as required.
