Role Description The Order Processing & Shipping Assistant – Jewelry is a full-time, on-site role based in Clifton, NJ. This position is responsible for processing customer and wholesale orders, preparing jewelry items for shipment, and ensuring accurate packaging and labeling. The role includes coordinating shipping and receiving activities, verifying inventory and order details, and maintaining organized stock and work areas. The assistant will work closely with production and office teams to meet delivery deadlines, resolve shipping issues, and uphold quality and presentation standards for all outgoing jewelry orders.
Qualifications
Proficiency in shipping, shipping & receiving, and related logistics tasks.
Enter and process customer orders accurately.
Experience with packing delicate items and maintaining presentation standards.
Prepare packing slips, shipping labels, and outgoing shipments.
Strong communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing, labeling, and documentation.
Receive merchandise, verify quantities, and maintain inventory records.
Track orders and deliveries, flagging discrepancies or delays.
Support our operations and client service teams.

Previous order processing or shipping experience is helpful, but not required.
