Job DetailsEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Patient intake and documentation reviewPatient/Physician/Facility communication and instruction adhering to our 24/72/24-hour promiseClean sales order creation and dispensingDoctor line callsGeneral respiratory order processing dutiesGeneral DME order processing dutiesAttendance at weekly team meetingsAll other duties, as assigned.Qualifications:High School diploma or equivalent, preferredMicrosoft office experience, preferredPreferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:The ideal candidate will display excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information through speech and writing, problem solving skills, conflict resolution, high level of attention to detail, process adherence, and process improvementConflict resolution with customers/providers is vital in this seat.The ability to work independently and as a team.You will be expected to work during normal business hours, which are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Please note this job description is not designed to cover and/or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
