Warehouse Personnel (Full-Time)Southwest Boulder & Stone is a family owned and operated landscape rock and supply company based in Southern California, with retail locations in Fallbrook, Escondido, Pacific Beach, Chula Vista, Fullerton, Palm Springs, Indio and Gardena. We specialize in low maintenance, sustainable and drought-tolerant landscaping and building materials. Architects, designers, contractors and homeowners rely on us for Southern California's largest selection of boulders, crushed stone, decomposed granite, flagstone, natural thin veneer, cobble, pebbles, outdoor stone fountains and custom fabrication.We are looking for capable warehouse personnel (FULL-TIME) to support our company's warehouse and fulfillment operations in Fallbrook, CA. You will receive, input, sort, bag, load and unload products and perform various warehouse activities.The job involves locating and picking items from warehouse shelves, then packing items into shipping cartons to be sent to the customer.Specific ResponsibilitiesProcessing, packaging, and shipping orders accuratelyOrganizing stocks and maintaining inventoryInspecting products for defects and damagesExamine ingoing and outgoing shipmentsOrganize warehouse spaceReceive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriatelyCheck, verify and fill customer invoicesAbide by all company safety and hygiene regulationsContribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing proceduresKeep warehouse clean and organized dailyPosition Requirements and ExperienceProven warehouse experienceAbility to operate hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipmentAdequate knowledge of warehouse data systemTeam player with organizational skillsAbility to lift or move heavy productsAbility to work independently under general guidelines and supervision.Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.High school diploma preferred but not requiredBenefits :Employees receive health benefits such as vacation accrual and sick pay, paid holidays and the opportunity to participate in a generous 401(k) program.Health Benefits include Medical, Dental and Vision plans as well as life insurance and accident plans.Employer covers 85% of EMPLOYEE ONLY medical coverageAfter 1 year of employment, employer provides up to 5% 401k matchFull-time Benefit eligible position
