Order Puller - 2nd ShiftHouston, TX 77051OverviewSalary Range $18.00 - $20.00 Hourly Level Experienced Position Type Full Time Job Shift 2ndDescriptionShift Hours: 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.JOB SUMMARY:Perform an array of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse.RESPONSIBILITIES :Assist shipping and receiving unloading trucks and checking in merchandiseSort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to organizational standardsMaintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and work stations neat; Sweep, dust and mop. Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all timesWear the proper safety equipment at all timesQualificationsQUALIFICATIONS:Two+ years of warehouse related experience in shipping and receivingExcellent work ethic; ability to work self-directed and as a flexible team playerEnsure all safety rules are strictly observedQualified applicants must be able to pass a background check and drug testExperience with Reach truck, Forklift and Order PickerExperience with Carbon Flanges and Fittings a plusPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :Experience on Sit-Down Forklift, Stand-up Reach Truck or Picker preferredRegularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms and talk or hearRegularly lift and/or move objects 10-50 lbs. occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 lbs.Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawlOccasionally required to sit and climb or balanceSpecific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus
