About the Role
As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a vital role in our logistics and distribution operations. You'll be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, operating warehouse equipment, and ensuring accurate documentation--all while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
What You'll Do:
Follow all safety, health, quality, Food Safety, GMP, and company policies and procedures
Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely
Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet-building machines, and yard tractors
Use barcode scanners and computer systems to track inventory and shipments
Complete and file all required documentation in a timely and organized manner
Additional duties as assigned

What We're Looking For
You're a reliable, self-starting team player who takes pride in doing things right the first time.
You'll Bring:
Forklift operation skills and the ability to pass the Forklift Operators License test
Basic computer and scanner proficiency
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize under pressure
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in temperatures ranging from 60--90F or more
Flexibility to work overtime during peak production periods
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis. The company will not sponsor employment visas now or in the future
Applicants must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English at a level necessary to perform the essential duties of the position
