Gift of Hope Organ & Tissue Donor Network coordinates evaluation, authorization, medical management, surgical recovery and distribution of organs for transplantation or research from deceased donors. Candidates typically hold an associate degree in a healthcare field, with 1 year in critical care; bachelor’s preferred. Strong communication with families and internal partners is essential.
