Job description
dsm-firmenich in San Diego, CA is seeking a Scientist in Organic Chemistry to advance discovery of bioactive molecules. You will design and synthesize small molecules and work with cross-functional teams across biology, computation, AI, and machines learning to accelerate programs.
The ideal candidate has 0-3 years post-PhD experience in organic/medicinal chemistry, strong synthesis skills, and familiarity with lead optimization and molecular modeling.
