Job description
Lead the people side of change for a portfolio of enterprise technology initiatives, partnering with executive sponsors, program leadership, technology teams, and business stakeholders to drive adoption, organizational readiness, and sustained business outcomes. This role ensures change initiatives are embedded and sustained long after implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and lead the overall OCM strategy across technology and business transformation initiatives.
Develop integrated change plans covering stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness, and adoption measurement.
Partner with executive sponsors, business leaders, and technology leadership to create alignment and drive engagement.
Conduct stakeholder assessments and influence strategies across multiple business functions.
Facilitate leadership workshops, change champion networks, and executive readiness sessions.
Develop and execute enterprise communication strategies that create awareness, understanding, and commitment.
Lead change impact assessments and organizational readiness evaluations.
Establish readiness criteria and adoption milestones for key initiatives.
Oversee development of role-based training, learning programs, job aids, and performance support materials.
Define and track adoption KPIs, readiness metrics, stakeholder engagement indicators, and business outcomes.
Establish OCM standards, templates, methodologies, and best practices.
Mentor project teams and less experienced change practitioners.
Qualifications:
10+ years of Organizational Change Management experience supporting large-scale enterprise technology and business transformation programs.
Proven experience serving as the lead OCM resource for complex, cross-functional initiatives involving applications, ERP, digital transformation, cloud, data, or process modernization efforts.
Deep knowledge of OCM frameworks such as Prosci ADKAR, CCMP, or equivalent methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to influence executives, senior leaders, and key stakeholders without direct authority.
Strong experience developing executive communications, stakeholder strategies, readiness assessments, and adoption measurement programs.
Experience creating and presenting material to executive steering committees and senior leadership teams.
Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and Excel.
Preferred Skills:
Big 4 consulting experience (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG) or comparable enterprise consulting background.
Experience supporting enterprise application implementations, digital transformation, ERP modernization, cloud migrations, or large-scale business process initiatives.
Prosci Certification, CCMP, or equivalent OCM credentials.
Experience building or contributing to an OCM Center of Excellence.
Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and enterprise PMO environments.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or adoption analytics platforms.
You have 10+ years leading enterprise OCM initiatives. You excel at influencing executives and driving adoption metrics. You are proficient with Microsoft 365 and change communication
