Job description
Palmetto Infusion is seeking an Organizational Development Specialist to advance employee knowledge and skills across our infusion services. You will develop, coordinate, and deliver comprehensive training programs, maintain the training records, and assist with measuring effectiveness of training initiatives.
The role requires adapting to a dynamic healthcare environment and coordinating with leaders to implement onboarding, compliance, and leadership development programs.
