TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC seeks an Organizational Effectiveness & HR Program Manager to design and deliver people programs for a defined business area. You will partner with HRBPs, managers, and HR COEs to improve team effectiveness, support core people processes, and drive change in a fast-paced environment.
