Job description
Axle Energy seeks a Bioinformatics/Data Scientist to join the NIH-based Standardized Organoid Model Center in Frederick, MD. You will analyze multi-omics data from organoid systems and normal tissues to characterize fidelity and identify biomarkers for differentiation, contributing to quality assessment frameworks.
Collaborating with experimental teams, you will develop pipelines for data processing, QC, and statistical analysis, publish findings, and present at scientific meetings.
